The workout for 6/5/2019 will change from SOUTHPORT HIGH SCHOOL to SOUTHPORT MIDDLE SCHOOL!! We will practice at SMS from 5:30-7:00 pm due to storms. Please enter through door 6! Athletic clothes and shoes!

SMS Cardinal Football Summer Workouts will be held every Monday and Wednesday through the summer! The locations and time are attached to the SMS Summer Football Calendar! Summer workouts are designed with a focus on FUNdamentals! Each workout is voluntary, but HIGHLY recommended!!
